There's a new healbot around, so I've heard anyways. I was all sad about losing grid, but then found that they released a new version last night. If it's not up on curse yet, check wowace - http://www.wowace.com/addons/grid/ - that's the dev site for grid and the latest packages there might be a bit buggy but they WORK. Yay!

Also do search wowace for other addons you rely on - you may find some development releases of addons there that work well enough to tide you over until the proper versions are out.
