I think it may be bugged, but what you said about alchemy transmutes seems to be incorrect in my experience. The first two gems I transmuted gave me an hour long cooldown, and every one after that has been a 20 hour cooldown. Seems to be business as usual, but as I said it may be bugged.

I opened a ticket myself... my first one had a 6 hour CD, my second had a 18 hour cd (like it was prepatch) and my third had a 7 hour CD.

Have you guys been looking at the clocks? Mine have been resetting at 12am server time (Midnight) with the appropriate difference in hours on both of my servers (which have different time zones).

I don't think they reset at midnight, not exactly. I'll check today when I get home, but it wouldn't make sense. I transmuted last night at around 00.30 server time and it said I had a 16h cooldown, so it should reset before midnight tonight.

The Gem Transmutes now are based on the server resets at night, like daily quests. I am on a server in East coast server which resets at 1am for me (its in Dallas).
