I wish this would be implemented for other factions as well - like most BC factions (Netherwing, Sporregar, etc)

I'd be surprised to see them implement it for quest-based factions like Netherwing and Sporregar. Sure, it's annoying to fly back and forth and kill the naga in Zangarmarsh but at 85 how hard will it be, really, to go solo the Coilfang dungeons for turn-ins, especially with the health pools that the beta testers are reporting in blue quest rewards.

Admittedly, as someone who just recently got his "Exalted" title, it would have been nice to have another way to gain rep than to sit around in Dalaran watching for LFM *some raid* that I wasn't already exalted with.

I don't think they want it to be too easy to get certain reps but I think they do realize that many of the old ways of doing things were just painful. After all, they did remove the level-based rep decay from quests.
