Soloed as an Mutilate Rogue np (Took 2 tries before I whooped his a$$) It's quite easy. Stealth to his room, Fight as normal 1st phase pop Vendetta and Evasion I took no damage at all in P1 until the birds came out FOK them down if you have 5 points on Anzu while hes not moving use recuperate and P2 just DPS like crazy pop any offensive CD's u have, Troll Racial, Engineering Gloves etc. P3 pop a potion and bandage if u need to before the birds pop out FOK them down again P3 starts Vendetta should be off CD pop that again and pray the mount drops as he dies. Sadly it didn't for me but I will try again tomorrow =)
