I have to say, this really annoys me. I submitted this story earlier today, finding it much like the druid above did (entering then seeing the text about the birds turning to stone) and immediately being confused. When I got to the room and it was clear of adds and Anzu was already there, I knew it must be intentional.

And what can I say? Yet a bit more individuality in the game dies quietly. I am lucky enough to have done the dreadstead quest chain, help a friend with his charger quest chain, and completed my swift flight form quest chain. These are some of the awesome little things that make (sorry, "made") each class feel really unique and fun. In my eyes, Anzu was part of that uniqueness. And so a bit more of the awesome differences between classes dies, and I will have to watch more and more people getting this mount that I have been farming for months.

It's funny, I had been thinking the other day that all self-respecting druids should be exalted with Cenarion Circle, Cenarion Expedition, and Lower City. Guess that really isn't a druid thing anymore. :(
