I'm a feral/feral (yes, I have both a cat and a bear spec) druid for a main. I have a holy paladin in 4/5 T10 gear (thank you emblem->point conversion!) and I'm still fumbling around a lot. It's gotten a bit better now that I'm getting used to having more spells but one of the reasons I liked Paladin healing so much is that it reminded me of Druid healing at level 60 - there just weren't that many buttons.I keep forgetting that I've got a new heal and the first instance I ran I forgot that Holy Light is the new Flash of Light and that the new spell (whose name I can never remember) is the new Holy Light. I couldn't figure out where my 15-19k crit heals had gone to.I'm getting used to the new frontal cone heal but I'm running out of buttons to put my spells into. I've already had to make a mouseover macro for Cleanse and might wind up having to do the the same for my healing spells because there's just not enough time to click on people for healing. (I do use Clique but even binding to that feels slow at this point.)The new "triage" mindset for healing it starting to settle in and I even brought my Pally to a 4-man ZG run just to get some extra practice learning where all my buttons are, key-wise. I'm REALLY looking forward to Cataclysm for healing, though, because the idea of being a front-line healer that gets to melee (more than I was pre 4.0.1 in outgeared heroics) sounds pretty freakin' cool.
