I was in an ICC10 healing as a Holy Paladin with a Holy Priest last night, and actually I felt mostly the opposite. While Holy Light itself was nowhere near enough to maintain any sort of respectable HPS on our tanks and raid, frequent use of Holy Shock (especially on Daybreak procs) and replacing Holy Light with Divine Light on tank heals when they're taking substantial damage brought my personal healing up to a pretty satisfying level. It'll definitely take some getting used to all the new heals and seeing such a reduction in the amount healed by Holy Light, but I'm liking the direction it's heading. And that may or may not be mostly attributed to how fun Disco Heal (that is, Light of Dawn) is when your raid actually stacks to allow it to work to full potential.
