Just some random observations from a purely heroic and t9 geared Arms spec, gemmed for strength:
1.) I reforged haste to mastery to reach a little above 11 mastery, (22% chance for that free hit) and opportunity strikes are around 6-9& of my damage done. Honestly, I have no idea if it's worth it.
2.) In terms of sources of damage done, I'm consistently seeing the top three as MS, OP and then white attacks, in that order. I was surprised by this - I expected white attacks on top, which they were pre-patch - but am unsure how to interpret it beyond using it to guide priority in a rotation.
3.) Blood and Thunder is incredibly good on trash packs. Hell even on 2 targets. I absolutely recommend taking it.
