Matt, if you haven't played around on your dps warriors in the last 24 hours, I highly recommend that you do. Fury, at least (I haven't tried arms yet) is in a *much* happier place now than it was on Tuesday and Wednesday.
I have not yet gotten a chance to play around in ICC after the buff, but in heroics I was topping 8k dps on single-target bosses. I think I'm sitting around 11.5% hit and more than 26 expertise, with about 47% crit. Also, Execute is actually worth hitting again, which is a welcome change.
Also, for those who are surprised at how much more of our total damage is being supplied by melee (white) hits, keep in mind that we are no longer replacing all of our main-hand hits with heroic strikes. That means that our white damage should now be at least two and a half times what it was before the patch (since the main hand hits considerably harder than the offhand). The reason that it seems more like rogue damage is because rogues have never had any on-next-swing abilities.
Another thing that I haven't seen mentioned much is that having HS on a separate cooldown from both white attacks and other special attacks gives us the potential for more burst damage. Just think about all the hurt you can put on someone in less than 1 GCD if you charge or intercept into them and get in 2 white hits with 2-handed weapons, a heroic strike, and a blood thirst or raging blow. If all of those crit, you could be looking at over 28k dmg before resilience. That's in less than one GCD. If you add in Death Wish, you might be up well over 30k. That is a whole lot of burst.
