I'm speaking only for myself here, but I only downvote comments when the poster is being a jerk or something like that. It doesn't bother me at all if someone says something negative about Blizzard, it's how they say it.

"I don't like (x) because of (y)" I have no problem with, and I might even upvote it if they make a good point, whether or not I agree. "OMFG BLIZZ SUCKS THEY $%&#ED UP THE GAME THEY SHOULD PAY US TO BETA TEST THIS POS!!!!1!!" posts? Yeah, I downvote those. All the time.
