Blizz needs to institute rating decay in some form or another. There were teams camping R1 ratings three weeks into the season with intention to ever queue again.

Thankfully on my realm, (Stormstrike) a few well known glads from BG9 transferred over in the last week of play take the title away from the notorious ratings campers.

I agree, you shouldn't be able to go more than say 7 or 10 days without decay of some sort. Nothing too bad at first, just incase you are on vacation, or just have a hard time getting on for a week or two. So a small decay after 7 days of say 1% of your rating, then after 10 days another 3% then 14 days 5% and 21 days 10% so on and so forth. Something along those lines.
