I'm not raiding at this point, but I absolutely love Grand Crusader procs. I'd have to double check my damage meters, but I'm seeing 10k+ crits from Avenger's Shield, which is quite a bit more than many of my other abilities. Any opportunity to slip it in has been worthwhile so far.

Word of Glory is iffy for me, though, at least for raiding. It seems as though the bubble it provides is exclusive with Power Word: Shield, so the only its usefulness is marginally reduced. If you don't trust your healers, or there's more damage in a short period than they can handle, I guess that's where you'd want it.
