Oh my gosh, I have found LAotL to be WAY better in PvE than in PvP. In PvE it is a mandatory dps talent; almost every boss in ICC has a mechanic that makes it useful. And for day-to-day questing, etc, it's a wonderful quality of life increase.

In PvP it is still a bit buggy (at times, it can actually snare us) and the 4 second speed burst is pretty minimal when you are being chain CCed. But for PvE it is a godsend.
