All melee players want good the best run speed they can get, because if you aren't standing next to the target, you aren't doing damage. Long Arm of the Law is a very strong choice in my opinion. Thing about any fight, PvE or PvP, where there is a target switch, and the target is more than 10 yards away. Lich King, Putricide, Marrowgar if people fail, Deathwhisper, Gunship. That's just ICC. Happens quite a lot doesn't it? Think about Lich King, LAotL was invaluable to getting around/between the Defiles super fast and owning the Val'kyrs, then getting back around the Defiles to LK. There's also nothing saying you have to actually attack the target you judged, so I use it as a general speed boost in certain situations. Unless you blow a 3-stack TV, or drop an Exorcism crit on the target before the tank has good aggro, your damage abilities just won't cause enough threat make problems. It's those two that really get you aggro. In any case, this minor drawback can be countered by skill, and the advantage it offers is really strong. Sometimes getting that edge in raids is what makes the difference.
