For raiding, go for the highest treat possible first. Then slowly spec out of threat/DPS talents until you remain comfortably ahead of the DPS. You can then use your freed up talent points for pushing up the Word of Glory healing (Guardian of the Light>Eternal Glory>Protector of the Innocent) or your AoE tanking (Hallowed Ground). Divine Guardian is, IMO, such a powerful ability that it should be in every spec.
