The night I finally finished the Dreadsteed questline and got my fiery horse still marks my personal favorite moment in the game (this was in Vanilla, pre-BC when you actually had to earn it). The questline was so epic and summoning the horse in Dire Maul was such a memorable moment! Right after I got it, the guild summoned me to ZG and everyone made me show off my beautiful new mount! Good memories but it still breaks my heart to see level 40 locks riding around on Dreadsteeds, though...

I use my felsteed a bit more now that everything scaled to 100% and I get whispers all the time now "where did you get that mount?" Kids these days. haha
