Probably last night when I got the Headless Horseman's mount. I literally screamed and my husband fussed at me for scaring him. XD RNG really hates me sometimes, so I'm always amazed at my luck.

Of course, up until last night, it was when I went to Valgarde Keep the first time. That boat ride into the tunnel was pretty stunning.

I should add: The first time (and everytime) I watch the Wrathgate cinematic and Alexstrasza & the Red Dragonflight flying in and cleansing everything... It makes me cry. It's so emotional to watch the dying succumb to the poison clouds and then the music! That music haunts me. I'm even teary-eyed just replaying it in my head.

The Horseman mount.. *sigh* I've seen other people in my groups get it, but alas nothing in my bag but points and sometimes a mask. Although, for a brief instant, I thought I had gotten something awesome in the Witch's Broom, until I saw it is only good for 14 days. I thought there were 2 mounts (like permanent ones) when I saw it, but then I read the description again. But, its ok.. I'll ride it around northrend for 14 days. lol and cross my fingers every time I down the horseman. Getting the horse will totally over-take my current top moment.
