I've quickly learned in WoW, when running around, to look 'up'. There's some pretty epic views when you run around on the ground that you completely miss, like going through Deadwing pass to SoS...just look up and glance over to the side, and suddenly HOLYC*AP, Karazhan is just -there-, looming. The swell of music in Stormwind, the drums of Orgrimmar...I'm still finding things because of computer upgrades through the years of playing the game, my view distances have gotten further and the graphics better, it's like seeing the game again for the first time in some places.And as dumb as this might sound, and I know other games have had water quality like this for a while now, but putting it into WoW has added a whole new level of beauty to the game far beyond most other graphical changes in the game.
