I didn't like that almost every "class" questline put you in the damn Sunken Temple (my mage never did get there) but I enjoyed the class questlines themselves, particularly getting my pally charger and my warlock dreadsteed. I was looking forward to working towards my druid's epic flying and I did all the druid-specific quests for her forms event though they were trainable and just leftovers. Now that's all gone? Such a shame..I also loved the smaller quests you could solo to get specific abilities and armor. My warlock and mage had many of these. My pally with Verigan's Fist was a great questline. My druid's form quests and my shaman's totem quests made those classes special to me. I recall wandering all over Azshara with my hunter to hunt down certain items (yes it drove me crazy but it was an accomplishment in the end). Now ALL these are gone? Somehow a lot of the special-ness is out of the game. What's happened is that the pendulum has swung too far in the other direction. Once the quests were too hard to solo and/or outdated (who goes to Sunken Temple anymore really?) or they were just irritating with ridiculously low droprates. So now that Azeroth is being updated, why couldn't the class quests have been updated as well? Why kill them altogether in the name of progress? Why do the pally chargers and lock dreadsteeds just become yet another trainable spell? How about substituting a solo-able questline instead for the "special" mounts and just giving the regular racial mounts at levels 20 and 40? Those who want the charger/dreadsteed will have to at least complete a questline. Why throw the proverbial baby away with the bathwater? It seems that now Blizzard is making a broad sweep to not make ANYTHING special. ALL races can be all classes. There's nothing special to set you apart! I haven't been liking this trend for awhile. I don't know the reason for it but I think it just stinks and takes a lot of what made your race and class special. Everything is just becoming bland and homogeneous in so many ways. It's so sad.

Actually the LFD tool opened up the dungeon quests again. I've been to ST on most of my levelled characters and it's one of my favourite dungeons. I think I will miss having to kill Morphaz (he's not easy to miss as you have to kill him to get to Eranikus). Although it's a long run, I really enjoy that instance and will miss the quests from Azshara.

Also as far as I'm aware chargers and dreadsteeds have been trainable without a quest for a long time, or at least as long as I've been playing (just over a year).
