Now that I'm at it, I don't like flying much either. I think mountain ranges and valleys are much more imposing, when you actually have to traverse them instead of just skip-hopping over them. I wish WOW had Aions "limited flying" system, or similar.
I don't like birthdays either, or birds chirping :-).

Back in my day, we had to walk to our dungeons. We didn't have these fancy mounts. We had to slog through the deep snowbanks of Dun Morogh ... up hill ... both ways!

Oh man, does that sound familiar. I recently got two friends into WoW and sometimes can't help interjecting bits on how the game has changed.
"Yeah, level 40, that's nice, eh? Imagine if you JUST got your mount now - that's how it used to be!"
Although now that they've gone through their first major patch, they're starting to catch the grumpy ol' man disease and grumble about how the game used to be. :^)
