heh, I've stopped using efflo in my builds as it really doesn't seem to be worth 3 talent points compared to how little healing it actually managed. It might be better in 25mans with very little movement, but in 5 and 10man stuff, well, actively trying to proc it has yielded a max of 5% of my healing done...
