yeah, I've macro'd my lightwell to a /yell already and will probably add one to holy word:sanctuary as well. I think you could also add one of the emotes that comes with a sound, like /whistle for instance. it's probably unlikely that other people in the raid are whistling during boss fights, and you could train your teammates to the auditory cue as well as the yell.
