It's not the glyph of mage armor that is not in game, it's the glyph of armors that is not currently in game. After the patch I was able to go to the ah and buy a glyph of mage armor (just for the sake of having all glyphs since main spec is fire).

@scorch_kirby: Actually, it is the Glyph of Mage Armor, but it's the recipe to make it that's not available. Existing glyphs are apparently fine...
