Naw... if it was warlock armor, it would be a demon face, or maybe a demon skull, but there'd be horn or something demonic. A simply skull more says Forsaken to me, or possibly death knight. It's really not warlocky at all, at least as Blizzard conceives warlocks. What it really screams is "Necromancer!" But of course that's not an existing class. Death knight comes closest to that, though...
