Since Ysera and Malfurion are both awake and helping with the Cataclysm, the Emerald Dream/Nightmare could be the next expansion. The power of the Nightmare becomes so great due to the two most powerful dreamers being out of the Dream that it begins oozing into the waking world from the Four Trees, with the Four Dragons starting to create/amass armies of nightmare beasts and people's dreams bringing life to twisted night terrors. Ysera and Malfurion open portals directly into the Emerald Dream to allow players to go in and tackle the corrupting Nightmare head-on.

There could even be a portent to it with Deathwing, something like "If you think that I am terror, do you dare to see what haunts MY nightmares?".
