BlizzCon 2010: Man breaks leg in dance contest

During the BlizzCon 2010 dance competition, one of the competitors reportedly broke his leg. The man was performing a particularly enthusiastic rendition of the male undead dance when he slipped and fell on the stage. He got up a moment later to resume his dance, but quickly fell a second time and did not get back up.

Jay Mohr, host of the competition said, "He's tapped out. He's done, he tapped out," indicating the band to stop playing. Then Mohr leaned over to help him up and spoke with him away from the mike. Mohr then stood back up and asked for medical attention, saying that they had a broken leg.

The competitor was carried off stage by four employees, by the arms and legs, and the show continued.

I imagine anything that sounded wrong was simply for rights reasons. The Jackson's "ABC" is owned by a different group then who owns the rest of Michael's catalog, which is the reason for that one , I think.

Oh dear, I saw that. Pity. But, like the male Troll and Dwarf dances, the male Undead dance is physicaly demanding, and not something I think that you should be trying unless you're in really good shape.

So um, it's nice to read some positive comments... Truth is I'm not that fat... The reason why I tore my ligament is because I landed wrong... You can tell my legs were crooked... As for the carrying me off... They wouldn't let me stand up... I couldve "Walked it out" but Keeanu Reeves insisted to carry me down...
