That's disgraceful that Blizz doesn't have a properly trained medical team on hand. By the looks of the MMO-Champ picture, the guy's just subluxated his tibia, and quite possibly torn his PCL as well... Even someone with absolutely no medical knowledge at all should realize that if you suspect a broken leg (or a dislocated joint), you don't carry the guy off the stage by it...
If it was badly dislocated (which by the fact that he's not screaming in agony, seems unlikely), and they moved him like that, the'd be a high chance of impinging a nerve or an artery in the joint, and the kid would be lucky to keep his leg.

Should have clarified before for anyone that's actually interested, a subluxation is a partial dislocation, so the joint doesn't completely dislocate and stay dislocated, it just kinda comes half out, and still causes a hell of a lot of damage to everything that's supporting it. I spend far too much time around other Physiotherapists (PTs for you Americans...)
