Everyone wondering why they are holding him by both legs and arms when he injured one of his legs, do you think it would be safe or wise to leg a broken/hurt limb hang unsupported whilst you are carrying that person somewhere? They are likely holding the injured limb up to keep it steady and are not trying to hold him up BY the leg at all.
Speedy recovery to the guy.
