The thing(s) that bother me about this, is the potential setback. If Bliz doesn't get sued, bullet is dodged but you can bet they will disallow any dances next year that might result in injury or make people sign waivers before getting out there to dance. Also, possibly more funds being re-directed to first aid training and/or additional first aid staffing.
America is so lawsuit happy...I swear.
