My guild is in the opposite position.
We're all adults, most married or in a relationship, and many who have spouses or significant others who also play.
The problem is that adult responsibilities - jobs, children, et cetera - prevent us from being able to get together in an organized fashion.
There have been a few "hey, I'll be in your town on business, let's get a drink!" or "why don't you come crash on our couch for a few days and we'll hang out!" meetups, but nothing with more than a handful of guildies who just happen to be in the same place at the same time.
