Around Azeroth: Up on the roof
We covered an Alliance Hallow's End celebration yesterday, so how about a Horde partisan version? "Some tell the tale of the dreaded Headless Horseman, and don't get me wrong, it's a cool story, but it's just that," writes Donhorn of <Monolith> on Icecrown (US-H). "For sheer terror, none can top this dreaded 100 percent true tale about the Terrible Tauren! He rides across the whole of Azeroth on his dreaded steed, stealing the goodies from the bags of all the naughty little Horde children and all the Alliance (because all of them are naughty to him.) So remember, kiddies, behave and don't roll Alliance!"

Isnt 100% True tale a contradiction in terms - if its a tale its made up
Also in the picture - Im sure thats NOT a tauren. Although the caption below is 'pure bull' :)

I'm pretty sure the Headless Horseman doesn't have hooves.

"Tale" means story. It's fictionality is unrelated.
Ronin Oct 25th 2010 10:29AM
Serious Grammar Guy says: A tale, or a story, these don't mean the account is fictional. Words have a range of meaning, and while one definition of "tale" _can_ mean fictional, there's nothing about the terms that means they _must_ be fictional. Of course, in this case it's hyperbole to begin with, so it doesn't matter.
And yes, that's definitely a Tauren-- but the rest may in fact be BS.

@Ronin - Well, obviously when the story includes the phrase "don't roll Alliance" there's some level of BS involved.

Hmm... that is most certainly a Tauren, I know I was there. Also the whole Alliance bit is a joke. :P

You know what's really, REALLY scary about the Horde version of Hallow's End?
Putting out the fire in Razor Hill.
Three buildings at once, and could you please put just nudge the tub of water a little closer?
Personally, I'm hoping that once Garrosh takes over, the Horde will invest a couple of copper on a garden hose.
"FOR THE HOSE!"
