I thought the same thing. Then I thought, why in the world doesn't Blizzard have a similar soundtrack for the Barrens?

Because the Barrens is Africa, not Old West inspired. Something like that makes more sense for the Badlands.

It's a track called Tavern on both the original and BC soundtracks.

But yeah, definite Firefly theme going there.

But, I mean, it's neither Africa nor the Old West; it's the Barrens. I think it could make a very cool blend and define the Barrens musically, because the zone has a very distinct culture in and of itself already.
