For the current, there's also the Liar's Tongue (Sword) out of H PoS. Speed is 1.5, but obviously with a little haste rating you're going to be turning out quite a bit less in speed. For fun, I actually use two of these every now and then for my combat spec in a PvE setting. With Slice and Dice engaged my attack speed is around .5 or so. The upside is, it's a sword, so I get sword damage scores, unlike the lesser dmg cap that daggers have.

I can only assume you're referring to daggers being normalized to a faster speed than non-daggers (1.7 vs 2.4) ; there isn't a damage cap.

it's nothing special, there are a shitload of better weapons at 1.5, and you really shouldn't be using one MH
