Swap Combat Potency with Energetic Recovery, add a Serrated-Blade like effect to combat that refreshes Recuperate instead
reason: Combat Potency + Deadly poison is the main 'culprit' quick offhands are 'must' for combat. and i'm against changing Combat Potency to PPM mechanic - PPM pretty much ensures any quick weapon is 'useless', and it could potentially cause problems with shiv
switching the 2 have 2 bonus:
1, remove some cluttering off Sub rotation - Sub's rotation has fairly too much things going atm, in which ER produces a problem: SnD or Recup. imho, this shouldn't even be a concern, but ER's potency does heavily factored that Recup end up being more of a 'dps boon' than SnD. if anything, this disparity needs to be fixed.
Combat Potency would be a perfect fit for Sub - you're bound to use daggers (quick ones on offhand, in fact), and you'll have one less 'dps buff' you need to keep watching
2, synergetic combat finishers - mut's envenom > SnD, Sub's Evis > Rupture. it would be nice to have a same cohesive theme for combat
it fits best to having Evis refreshes Recup for combat, with ER as boon for doing so - dpsing while keeping survivability and energy in check
