It really wouldn't make sense to have Axes/Swords as fast as Daggers. Whether Blizz cares about the reality of it or not, simple attack mechanics just don't allow for it. With Daggers, you're jabbing, a much quicker motion than swinging an Axe or Sword. To be honest, I think they should slow the Axes/Swords down even more. They should be at least .2-.3 slower. There's just no way a swing could be as fast as a jab. It's inconceivable.
