I only get nine of the new blizz raid frames in a column maximum any idea why this is? I'd prefer ten.

Just a shot in the dark here, but what's your screen resolution/game resolution set to?

If you open the popout raid interface box and "Unlock" the frames you can grab the little box near the bottom of the frame to resize. The one at the top allows moving. I moved mine to a lower right location where they are less in the way.
