Glad to see this addressed. I was caught aware of it when the money I had payed was suddenly returned to my account. It came back out at least. The only thing I've received is my barbarian diablo 3 poster from last year. Still waiting on my deathwing poster, hoodie, pin, and horde pennant.

LOL. I guess that's one way to look at a botched shipping mess . . . I'll think of that the next time I got out to eat, starving to death and my food arrives an hour late, or trying to get somewhere, my plane/bus is so late, I don't get to my destination till much later than expected (and later then I've told everyone). And I suppose if I give someone their birthday present five months late, they should be even more happy because it's cool and it's waaay late??Probably not.Mistakes happen, and I do understand, especially when there must have been a huge amount of orders. BUT it does not make for a positive business transaction. If it was something that I delayed to relish it later (like the last piece of chocolate or something), it's one thing. When you had ordered something with the expectation that it would arrive in reasonable time, it's different. I will be RELIEVED to get it. I will NOT be happy at all that it's been delayed.I have been waiting since last week. I WOULD have been very happy had it arrived in time. Now, I just want my stuff. I came home everyday from work, disappointed that my package had not arrived. Had I known, I would have just stood in line at the con and got it at the store there.
