Auctioneer usually automatically undercuts (due to seeing a change in the market price or the undercut module) with the default settings, so unless you sell the items immediately or demand increases, prices will invariably go down by a few silver pretty much every time someone posts something. This is particularly annoying with hard-to-sell but extremely profitable items such as BoE epics (crafted or not, either way they just don't seem to sell in trade for as much as they do on the auction house [convenience fee?] so you might as well take the AH cut) or enchanting scrolls which are in demand, but low demand.
