It seems that the healing debuffs are being reduced to 10% across the board....like frostbolt. I'm wondering if they mean for us to all focus on one target at once for PVP? Or this will make focus firing even more important in heroic dungeons where a mob's heals might be more than a pathetic piddly heal you can DPS through. Thoughts?

Focus fire and interrupts will be more important with lower healing debuffs. The problem they have is that they like that MS does something other than just a big hit, which adds flavor to the strike. However, they don't like that the MS effect feels mandatory in the arenas. It's part of the push they're making for 85 pvp, where matches should be a the happy medium between too long and too short.
