Had it occurred to you that blizzard would NOT intentionally be unfair to everyone who wants to go to a midnight release party at a retailer?

Why would blizzard allow only the digital players to gain access to their servers immediately while the rest wait for it to install?

Blizzard is still getting their money, you're still going to play, it just makes sense that they would have the files available for everyone and not just a select few.
