Regarding Chakra, I think you're kind of saying it should be more like the Druid's ToL CD rather than this eternal state you can maintain indefinitely. Druids seem to be able to heal relatively as good as they ever did (or at least, as much as Blizz is intending them to), and smart use of Tree Form just allows them to increase their healing output in bad situations even more. Maybe this is what's needed for Chakra. Instead of having it be a (relatively) short CD, and have a talent that increases its duration, they could have it on a 2 or 3 minute CD, combine all the states into one, and then buff all holy spells outside the Chakra state accordingly. I think the only thing I'd miss about that is the various Holy Word spells, but maybe they could make those more short-term mechanics. Ie, after you use PoH (or CoH), HW turns into HW:S and you can use it. This would be mostly for heavy AoE situations where one PoH/CoH can't take care of the damage. And, it would be the same with all the other HW spells.

I too am sad about the combining of Renew and PoH Chakras. I think it added a certain amount of anticipation to priest healing. You would probably be in Renew Chakra most of the time, but then if you knew there was an AoE-heavy situation coming, you might switch to PoH Chakra. Heal Chakra should maybe get a little more of a tank-healing niche, maybe to put Holy as tank healers on-par with at the very least druids (with one-target and very buffed Lifebloom, they're probably doing okay) and shamans, since maybe putting them on par with paladins won't be possible.
