Perhaps moving PoM to the Renew section would've beefed it up a little, giving you: single target, buffer aoe, and burst aoe.

Since holy functions so often as a raid healer, and so little as a tank healer, it seems silly to put so much into one aoe healing chakra. Splitting that up between buffer aoe heals like PoM and Renew, and burst like PoH and CoH seems like that would add an extra little bit of thought/flexibility/ what have you.
