Yes, it was the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1960, the quote is said by John F. Kennedy. Nixon had nothing to do with it.

Hm. The boats and the structures on the islands are reflecting off the water but the trees are not. Weird.
Oh and JFK was the politician mentioned in the post and Cuba is the country.
