I feel your pain! I've been faithfully guarding Orgrimmar on the weekends, and those snotty Twilight's Hammer twits attack while I'm away. Alight, Star Pony, heed my call! To battle we go!

Well, think of this way. All the people playing now will have the quests done when we all get home from work. Less people to deal with.

I wondered if it would happen today, but I said "Naah... wouldn't happen until Tuesday"

Hmmm I'm the boss at work let's see if anyone notices me gone for the last 2 hours of the day.

Here is a brief summary of the quests so far as i remember them (alliance side)

1 - Feeder quests from the capital cities send you to SW to talk to a guy by the bank
2 - He sends you to SW Keep where u get another quest to listen to "Doomsayer" NPC's in Old Town district. (there are 4 doomsayers, 3 have the pamphlets sitting next to them which you need for the quest. The 4th has a box next to him which is needed for a later quest.)
2 - Back to SW Keep to get a quest which tells you to plant warning signs throughout SW. (There are little posts in the group with little blue arrows above them indicating where to plant the signs)
3 - Back to SW Keep to get a quest to get a disguise from the 4th Doomsayer in Old Town (the one with the box next to him) and go to the cultist camp at the lake just outside SW in Elwynn Forest.
4 - Wear the disguise and turn in the quest to get a new one which gives you a sign to wear while you ride to the alliance outpost just to the west, then Goldshire, then Valley of Heroes in SW. (similar to the Brewfest barking quest) then return to the cultist camp at the lake.
5 - Turn that in and complete the other quest to talk to 4 named cultists in the camp area. (one is in the building, one is sitting in front of a tent, and one is standing in front of a cart and one is standing next to a table i think.)
6 - Turn that in and get a quest to listen to the speech at the altar in the cultist's camp. It restarts every minute or so.
7 - Turn that in then get another to go back to SW keep.
8 - There you will receive another quest to go around and destroy the little elemental summoning stones scattered throughout SW. They summon air elementals appropriate to your level. Kill 5 then back to SW Keep for the final quest to talk to the King. It appears to end there for now.

I received no achievements or special rewards as of yet. I'm not sure how low you can be and still do them. I did them on my 80 and 40 and the quests were the same.

Also at work. But I feel so connected slacking of together with you guys...

You're not missing much, it's only a few quests out of the big quest chain and the elementals are not even attacking the cities.

I waited around 3 hrs for the Elemental Invasion to start and it never did.

Missing the Zombie Invasion more and more.

At least you can play when you get home.
