It should be noted that you can kill the elementals as low as 25, maybe lower - haven't lower than 20. My hunter project dinged when to 25 when he was 24 handing in these quests.

And there seems to be no follow up quest after you hand in the final chain to Wrynn/Thrall (Garrosh).
