New hairstyles for dwarf women from Cataclysm beta

Now, the textures for a few of them do look a little funky, and some of them look like several styles combined, so the usual this is beta and it is possibly a bug caveats apply here. In spite of that, I feel optimistic and look forward to the possibility of new hairstyles for the other races. So far, tauren are still woefully under-served when it comes to choice, and the gnomes and elves of beta are sticking to tried and tested styles. As for the men? We'll be adding new styles to the gallery as we find them.

You know.. with the right gear, they look good! They do have a bit of a spazed out knee-position in idle-combat stance... but they hit a 2H special like a Tauren and it looks ace. SMASH.

It's a shame people always want their female characters to look like human top models. A dwarf's not a human, they have different proportions, but they are pretty nontheless. Female dwarfes imo have the cutest face options ingame, and I really like their animations. Only thing I don't like is their breasts, especially while running. >< But then again, I rarely watch my character from the front while she's running.

And have you SEEN those girls go buck-nasty with two 2H axes on a zombie? Best melee animations in the game.
The Forsaken females come in a close second.

Search for Veronni on the Armory. Both rogues are mine, but the belf was abandoned right at the beginning of Wrath. The dorf is so much awesomer. :)

I play a female dwarf and when cataclysm comes out I'll be playing one more (a shammy). I love them. The main problem I have with female dwarves is that when you do see them, they all have red hair and the long double braids. I'm happy to see some other hairstyles that look halfway decent.

When they announced race change and dwarf mage and warlock with Cataclysm, I took the plunge. I have 8 active characters ranging from 70-80. All of them except the druid are female dwarves. The other two are saved for Cata mage and warlock. :) I have my very own female dwarf clan and I love them. They're built like brick sh*thouses and their boobs, thighs and butts are great! I'm no skinny girl and neither are they but they can still beat down anything and look good doing it lol. Dwarf fan for life!

I have two, what are you talking about? Not everybody judges their characters on whether or not they would want to have sex with them. Even if they did, not everyone is into Bloodelves.

Female dwarves make amusing death knights with their /silly comments ("I hate being underground. It reminds me of death," and the "dutch oven pedicure" advice), sassy attitude and they had that "no glowing blue eyes" glitch for a while. And the animations on attacks were pretty good. I think I was the only one on my server for ages.
Most fem dwarfs I've run across though were hunters or healadins though.

Looks like Dwarves are getting access to the Female Goblin hairstyles. Which, given they may share a skeleton, makes sense.

Goblins have had unique skeletons (actually the only non-playable race to have them) since launch.

Actually the old Goblin models share the same skeleton as the male Dwarf model. The new Goblin models, of course, have their own skeleton.
So not only do beta Goblins not share a skeleton with Dwarves, they have never shared a skeleton with female Dwarves.
