There's a simple solution to this which would probably sort out most peoples problems. Allow solo Q'ing... but... games are only started by groups of say 4 fifths full teams. I.e. 8/10 - 12/15 - 20/25.

This means you could get together a full group, but if ya having trouble finding those last few spots you can enter the Q and it would pull people out of the solo Q'ers.

It would also allow people to Q solo but would probably have a longer wait time.
