Breakfast Topic: What time do you raid?

It's that time again! Daylight saving time is going away on us again. Here's a big reminder to all you folks who deal with daylight saving to set your clocks back one hour. Yay! Free hour!
So the question remains -- what time do you raid? Personally, I'm a weekday raider, around 7:30 p.m. my time over on the east coast. We usually raid for a solid two to three hours, depending on the flow of the night, successes and failures, and progression attempts. All in all, it seems to be a good block of time.
Are you a weekday raider or a weekend warrior? Early or late? Are you a raider who runs with a team from another time zone or country and has to accommodate some pretty crazy hours? Let's hear about it!

The guild I'm in usually raids on Saturday nights around 5pm server time and its just about once a week. A lot of the people have children, jobs, go to school, etc, that it makes it harder for them to come during the week.
Sadly, we haven't been raiding since the new patch dropped and I'm starting to feel the withdrawal symptoms.

I clicked the last one... I don't know why... it just felt mischievous...

I thought it was the "not currently raiding due to burnout, not needing gear, and preparing for Cataclysm" option...

I clicked the last one because, for me, it means: "I don't raid because everyone on my server raids at night and I only have time to raid in the morning and I don't feel like transferring to another realm because I feel at home on this one."

Same. I want to raid but since I this was my first MMORPG, I chose a server that was 2 hours before my local time. Thus when I had time to raid, most everyone was asleep. Once Cataclysm comes out, I might switch my main over to another realm that matches my local time so I could raid for 2 hours every night. I would still keep my alts in my current server though because I have lots of friends there.

I clicked the last one because I don't raid.

Oh, I thought the last one was for raiding weekends AND weekdays. Oops.

Erm, this might come as an surprise - but DST changes doesn't happen same time everywhere in the world. It might be "that time" in parts of the Americas now, most of EU went a week ago already.

I didn't know that! Thanks. :) I've learned my fun fact for the day!

The only people that need to listen to the bit in bold are as follows (just in case people are unsure):
The United States (Except Hawaii & Arizona)
Canada (Except Saskatchewan)
Mexico (Tijuana, Ensenada, Mexicali, Tecate, Ciudad Juarez, Ojinaga, Ciudad Acuña, Piedras Negras, Anahuac, Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa and Matamoros ONLY)
Saint Pierre and Miquelon
Turks and Caicos Islands
Bahamas
Bermuda

Exactly!
In Brazil, DST started in mid-October and instead of go back one hour, here we forward one hour.

Hang on, America isn't going into daylight savings is it? That would be weird as they are entering winter.
If anything they are leaving daylight savings.
Now I am confused. I thought I had this all down pat as an Aussie, but if America is now starting DST... what the heck happened.

@Jay
I think the Author missed out the word 'ending' in the bold part of the post.
If you read the paragraph underneath it.. it makes a little more sense :)

Quite a few of our guildies, including our primary healer, work weekends and weekend evenings, so we mostly schedule our raids Tue/Wed/Thur for 930 EST.
Chokaa Nov 7th 2010 8:16AM
I just raid whenever I can. The guilds scheduled runs are Tues-Thurs 9pm-12am. Sometimes I want to raid older wrath raids for some of the more obscure achievements.
Also, the 'damn-farmers' and 'daylight-savings-is-stupid' tag made me lol irl hehe.
MusedMoose Nov 7th 2010 8:26AM
I also voted for the invisible option. I don't currently raid, though I'm hoping to join my guild when they start in Cataclysm.
...if only to get the "Dragonslayer" title on my new hunter. ^_^
Naraht Nov 7th 2010 8:32AM
Really want to find a friendly guild that raids in the AMs prior to Cata. *sigh*
Mark Nov 7th 2010 8:33AM
Actually, in the US, daylight savings time is over. We've just changed the clocks back to standard time. Daylight Savings Time is the summer, not the winter.
Sinextro Nov 7th 2010 8:57AM
I'm also looking for a solid AM raid group! The ones that advertise are a bit over zealous for my tastes. Any pointers? (aside from perusing the guild recruitment forums which have thus far proven fruitless)
Deathknighty Nov 7th 2010 9:02AM
I personally raid at blank.
