What talents are you trading to put points into Blazing Light and Denounce? Crusade at least boosts Holy Shock's healing, which is debatably better than Divinity at 80.

I would really like to be able to take Denounce in a normal healing build, as Exorcism is stupidly expensive otherwise. However, the talent isn't really that helpful. It doesn't do anything for healing like Atonement or even Focused Insight does, and I'm not so sure how often a healer will really be able to throw out damage in fights, besides during gimmicks like Chimaeron's healing debuff.

I'm just not sure where I'd be able to move points from. (Also not sure where I'd be able to get a point to fill out EJ)
