Are the guild-earned new heirlooms in Cata going to be the only accessible heirlooms available to level from 80 to 85? Because my partner and I have a private guild on one server for the two of us that consists of just our few 80s and little alts. If the heirlooms are deep into the guild levels, will we still be able to access them with just the two of us running around?
Yes, only the helm and cape heirlooms are currently known to work past level 80, and it might take a bit of time for a two-person guild to unlock them. Bear in mind that you'll likely also have guild perks to boost your experience gain at that point.

I've asked around and searched, but I can't seem to figure out what's happening to Wintergrasp Commendations with the patch. I've saved 17 of the buggers, which translates to about 800-900 honor or can be vendored for 300 gold. I'm worried that with Cataclysm and the implementation of the actual cap and taking away of the soft one, my commendations will be taken away.
What's happening to WG Commendations in Cataclysm?
They're not obtainable anymore and not used to buy anything, either, but if you still have some in your inventory, you can use them to get 50 honor.

You retain whatever form you're currently in when you mount. If you cast your mount spell in human form, you'll look like a human, and likewise with worgen form.

Question regarding the Cataclysmic destruction of Darkshore, namely Auberdine.
Seeing as the Alliance's way of accessing Darnassus and/or Exodar from Stormwind was through the harbor, how are fledgling members of the Alliance supposed to make the trip now? I'm assuming it will have something to do with the new area created in Northern Darkshore?
Also, since the Rut'theran Village is now gone (or so it seems from everything I've seen), how is one to enter Darnassus?
Auberdine's place in Alliance travel has been taken by Lor'danel, the new town north of the ruins of Auberdine. And Rut'theran isn't gone, it's just partially underwater. It's still a fully functional travel hub.

Because he doesn't even look like an Orc anymore. He looks like a half-Ogre.
Instead of looking muscular, he almost looks like his body is going to burst from his skin being stretched too tight. Then you have the stupid, blank-looking expression on his face.

With the sun-well intact, shouldn't blood elves eyes change from green to a normal glow since they are no longer addicted to fell energies as their source?

The green glow is from Fel magic. This trait is even passed down to their children, that's why Blood Elf children have green eyes. Their eyes aren't going to just change instantly.

So, I was wondering, do I have to max my proffesion to 450 before Cata, or there will be some new recipees to help us close the gap like in previous expansion? I guess that there will be some new stuff to create that needs 400 or 425, but I cant find anything on the topic.

A few months ago (almost a year I even think) there was a post on MMO-Champion with new bobber models for fishing. Never heard about it ever since. Any idea if those making it into Cataclysm? Want the ducky bobber! *quak*

NPCs you can't run through, but have to go around - what's up with that?
Specifically, the ones I've noticed are the guards who give most of the Elemental Invasion quests; some of the Earthen Ring people who are in the cities for those quests; and Reforgers.
I wondered if it was an attempt to stop griefers from parking their mammoths on the quest NPC, but mailboxes can't be run through, yet griefers park on them all the time. So I don't know.

I've been hearing there is a time jump after the Shattering. But there seems to be a lot of confusion to how long that time jump is. I've heard 3, 5, and 8 years. I've also heard there is no time jump at all (though this seems unlikely given Anduin Wynn's new model).
As a RP'er it's very important to me to be able to plan ahead for this. How long after the Shattering does the Cataclysm expansion pick up?

I am working on Loremaster, but fear that I won't be finished with Northrend by the time the expansion hits. Do you know if I'll have to re-do Loremaster of Kalimdor and Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms once those worlds change? Or will I be okay and just have to add the new 80-85 zones to list to complete?

is there a list anywhere of the hunter pet skins that will become unobtainable in cata? such as maybe the ghostie kitty in darkshore from the statues, or any of the rare mob only skins that might not make the cut?

Since i find a situations when evil fights evil entertaining, is there any Burning Legion's or it's minions involvement in the Cataclysm? It would be fun, if there were soem quests given by Legion's agents, and well, it wouldn't be the first time, we used to help that faceless one dude in Icecown.

I'm thinking of going for the Bloodsail Buccaneer title before Cataclysm. How will being hated by the current Goblin races effect me once the expansion goes live? Do I need to get back to neutral or better before that happens?
